PICK-UP / DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped to the address specified by you during the checkout process we are responsible to provide your product with really solid packaging without any damage, however, Tempergaurd.com is not a faceless corporation built on the foundation of robbing customers. If your item gets lost in transit, simply reach out to us via our Contact info section and we’ll work with you to ensure you get what you paid for.

CANCELLATION / RETURNS

You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered:

If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 15 days (in India) from the order date.
If www.tempergaurd.com/ fails to ship the ordered products.
If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he OR she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

Incorrect or outdated delivery address
After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
Package refused by recipient.
In case of minor design and color variations. In case of mobile skins, there will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.

Cancellation in exceptional cases

Customer can demand for cancellation before the dispatch time period ie. 24 hours of order on call – +918595491300 or mail – Support@tempergaurd.com with valid reason we can decline the cancellation if the reason is not found valid by our team

No cancellation will be admit after 24 hours of order

Note : Cancellation can only be done by call or email

After approval of cancellation refund will be processed in 2 working days and in customer’s orignal mode of payment will reflect the amount within 6-7days as per bank policy

Refund / replacement

We dont provide Return of any item on the store as per the product nature that is not reusable in nature , we can provide replacement/ refund if there would be any manufacturing default and there will be our fault from our end

We process refund only in following cases ourself

UNDELIVERED GOODS

If an order does not successfully arrive at the delivery address provided during checkout within the recommended time-frame, please use the contact info section and let us know. We’ll work with you to get a re-shipment processed and ensure that you receive the product you paid for. We do not provide any refunds based on undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse.

The delay or failure of tempergaurd.com to act with respect to a breach of these Terms of Sale by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit tempergaurd’s rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. tempergaurd’s shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms of Sale if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms of Sale, any provision of these Terms of Sale that imposes or contemplates continuing rights or obligations on you or us will survive the expiration or termination of these Terms of Sale.
